I. Withdrawal Rules:

You can initiate cash withdrawal upon order settlement. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 (USD only). We support bank card and Paypal withdrawal.

II. Withdrawal Rates:

2.1 SOMO Service Fee: 5% (free for a limited time) 2.2 Transfer Fee: Bank card $30 (free for a limited time); Paypal 5%

III. Withdrawal Process

3.1 Dashboard >Wallet> [Withdraw]

3.2 Select 1 or more orders and click [Next step]

3.3 Select the withdrawal method [bank card] or [paypal].（For the first withdrawal, you need to fill in the withdrawal information.）

3.4 Please review the withdrawal information, fee details, and account information, then click [Submit Withdraw]. The payment will be transferred to your account within 7 working days after submission.

IV. Rejection of withdrawal

If the receiving account information is incorrect, SOMO will reject your withdrawal request. The funds will be returned to your wallet. Please ensure that your account information is correct and initiate the withdrawal again.

V. Invoice & Download

After submitting the withdrawal form, you can view the details in your wallet and download the PDF file.
