Registration and Login
To register for SOMO, visit https://agency.somo.me/passport/sign_up, enter your email, verification code, and password, and click "Sign up".
To log in to SOMO, visit https://agency.somo.me/passport/sign_in, enter your email and password, and click "LOGIN".
Account Verification
Visit https://agency.somo.me/dashboard/setting/information
Login > Settings > Agency Information
Enter the required information and click "Submit". This process requires verification by the SOMO official team. Once approved, you can apply for campaigns. If your submission is not approved, modify it and submit it again.
Campaigns Application
step 1. Login > Dashboard/Campaign page > Apply Now
step 2. Enter your creator list.
It is suggested to type down information such as the creator's social media page link, username, and price. Check and modify the agreement content if necessary. Then click "Submit".
*Note: After submission, you can also go to the page of order details to modify the submitted content. Once the brand agrees, cooperation can begin.
Order Management
step 1. Login and go to the Orders Page to manage all orders.
step 2. The standard SOMO agency order process is as follows: agency initiates the request > brand confirms cooperation > agency delivers works (could be multiple times) > agency clicks "Complete" after delivering all works > brand clicks "Confirm" > order is completed and settled.
step 3. Activity: All updates on status changes, delivery records, feedback notes, payments, and arbitration related to the order will be displayed based on the time of each event occurrence. Both parties will have access to view these updates. In the event of any disputes, this information can serve as valuable evidence during arbitration.
step 4. Agreement: This is the contract signed by both parties. Please carefully review the cooperation details, creative requirements, delivery time, cooperation price, and other details. During the cooperation period, both parties can initiate modifications, but a new agreement will only be generated after the other party confirms it. If one party initiates a modification after reaching an agreement and the other party disagrees, the most recent confirmed agreement will be executed by default.
step 5. Deliverables: Each delivery generates a record, which displays all works delivered during the cooperation period.
step 6. Note: Both parties can record and provide feedback on important information related to the order.
step 7. Cancel Order: When both parties agree to cooperate, the funds will be temporarily stored on the SOMO platform. The agency can cancel the order before the brand confirms delivery, but all the money will be refunded to the brand's account. Please try to negotiate the execution details with the brand via IM as much as possible. If it is impossible to continue, then cancel the order.
step 8. Arbitration: If you have a dispute with the brand during the cooperation period and can not resolve it through negotiation, you can initiate arbitration on the page of order details, and the SOMO platform will help both parties to resolve the dispute.
Campaign Subscription
If you want to receive notifications as soon as new campaigns are launched, you can subscribe to campaign notifications.
Login > Settings > Campaign Subscription.
Select the categories, countries, social media platforms, and notification methods you are interested in, and click "Submit". The system will show campaigns that meet your requirements based on your choices.
Online Chat
step 1. Online chat is an important way for both parties to communicate during cooperation. Whether it's pre-application consultation or detailed communication during the cooperation period, you can communicate in real-time through IM.
step 2. To initiate a chat with the brand, click "Send Messenger" at brand page or details page.

Message notifications
Message notifications are mainly used to remind you of important events that require your attention or next steps.
Log in > Settings > Notifications. Relevant notifications will be sent to your SOMO inbox or email.
Financial management
All the funds you earn on the SOMO platform and transaction records will be displayed in your wallet. Since SOMO currently does not support online withdrawals, you can contact the SOMO customer service manager to initiate a withdrawal request. Payment will be arranged within 7 working days of receiving your withdrawal request.
