What Qualifications Do Brands Need to Register?

Information required to register an account: Email

Information required for Brand verification: Company Name, Business/Tax ID Number, Brand Name, Brand Logo, & Completed Account Details: Contact Telephone Number, Website, etc.

Brand Account Registration Verification Process

1、Visit www.somo.me and click on the “Sign up” button.

2、Enter email, password, and enter the verification code from the verification email.

3、Log into your SOMO backend.

4、Fill in the account information under the Settings Menu and submit it for review.

5、After approval, you will have access to SOMO!

Deposit/Invoice

Online deposit and invoicing are not currently available. Please contact an customer service for further assistance.

Password Update

Settings Menu: Password Update. Enter the old password then enter the new password to confirm. For password recovery, please contact Support and have your company details available for identity verification.
